If it is hard to come up with everyday responses when asked to develop mission and values statements, being asked to craft a vision statement can often throw us into the loftiest of heights. The question quite simply is how are we going to serve you going forward? We are committed to thinking in the realms of what is our potential (vision), rather than what we have done before (expectations).
